Application and Payment

 

Participants wishing to reserve for hotel accommodations and/or tours as described herein should complete Application Form and return it to JTB no later than March 10, 1997.
Application for hotel accommodations and/or tours accompanied by a remittance covering the hotel deposit and/or total tour fare: no reservation will be comfirmed in the absence of this deposit. Personal checks are not accepted. All payments must be in Japanese yen. Payments should be in the form of:

 

1) A bank transfer to Japan Travel Bureau, Inc.,
The Bank of Tokyo Mitsubishi Ltd., Yokohama Branch 3-27-1 , Hon-cho, Naka-ku, Yokohama 231 , JAPAN
Account Number: 0043079 / Ref. 126874-002
Note: We would appreciate your kindly sending us a copy of the bank's receipt of remittance to avoid possible difficulties.
2) The following credit cards are acceptable: MasterCard / Diners Club / Visa / American Express

 

Cancellation

 

In the event hotel and/or tour resenrvations must be cancelled, written notification should be sent to JTB. The following cancellation fees will be deducted before refunding.
If notice of cancellation reaches JTB:
The
Hotels
・ Up to 8 days before the first night of stay \2,000
・ 3-7 days before 30% of daily room rate
(Minimum \2,000)

 

・ 1-2 days before 50% of daily room rate
・ Less than 1 day before, or no notice given 100% of tour fare
Accompanying Persons Program
・ 8 days-1 day before departure day \1,000
・ Prior to the starting time of the tour or failure to show without notice 100% of tour fare
Optional Tours
・ Up to 8 days before departure day \2,000
3-7 days before 30% of tour fare
(minimum \2,000)
・ 1-2 days before 50% of tour fare
・ Prior to the starting time of the tour or failure to show without notice 100% of tour fare

 

Travel Information Desk

 

Travel Information Desk at the venue (Pacifico Yokohama) will be open during the following hours: April 14 (Man.) through April 17(thu.), 9:00-17:00
